Background to the event
Hosted by the Neurodiverse Network, this online event was run by autistic people for autistic people. The conference aimed to celebrate autistic life and speaking up in the South West. The event was an opportunity to bust myths and stereotypes around autism, hear about other user led groups in the region, understand more about people’s social care rights and celebrate autistic joy.
