From early 2021 until March 2025 Your Voice ran a Learning Disability Network, bringing together individuals and        self-advocacy groups from across the South West. These online meetings were run by and for Experts by Experience.

Our Neurodiverse Network also started in 2021. The group's monthly online meetings continue today and are run by Sammy our autistic Expert by Experience.

The presentation below shows the timeline of the project as well as celebrating some key achievements of the Your Voice network and the Experts by Experience who ran the meetings.

Advocacy and coproduction conference

Back in 2023, Your Voice held a conference Celebrating Advocacy and Coproduction for Autistic People and People with a Learning Disability in the South West.

Annual Report

how the project started

Our project initially started back in 2020 when we spoke to autistic people, people with learning disabilities and people who support them across the South West to find out how they would like to have their voices heard on health and other important issues. You can find the full report and an easy read version below as well as a video we made about the report.
